Rebecca has dedicated her life to the field of nursing, earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from John Tyler Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chapman College School of Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master of Science degree in Health, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to lead health-focused programs within the organization.

As a graduate of Petersburg Public Schools, she has always been a pillar of support in her hometown.
